On today’s episode of the His & Her Money Show, it’s all in the family! We’ve got a brother-sister duo on to tell us all about their debt payoff journeys! Khemenec and Patrice Pantin both found themselves locked into debt after college, and they both came to the same exact realization: they wanted to be debt-free, and as soon as possible!
Like any siblings, their stories are a little different but very much the same. Patrice graduated as a nurse with over $200,000 in student loans, and today, it’s all gone! Khemenec is still working on it, but he’s going strong, and they’re both eager to share their journeys and how they tackled their debt!
It all started with advice Patrice gave Khemenec to get out of debt and take control over his finances — and then once she saw how it was working for him, she jumped on the debt freedom train herself!
It hasn’t always been easy, but with tenacity, the right tools, and the best mindset for getting the job done, Khemenec and Patrice have championed each other to keep their eye on the prize and put in the work to reach their goals.
